Our Firm
The law firm of Frank, Spicer & Cox, P.C., was formed 20 years ago,
in 1985, by Marshall J. Frank. Marshall had been a business owner and a
real estate broker in Blacksburg and following law school opened the
firm and began representing clients based upon his unique experience
and understanding as a business owner and realtor. In 1994 the firm
expanded adding the services of Stephanie G. Cox who brought to the
firm a lawyer with strong litigation skills in criminal defense and
domestic relations. John N. Spicer joined the firm in 2004 bringing
civil litigation experience, in-house business general counsel
experience and commercial real estate experience and on January 1,
2005, the firm officially became Frank, Spicer & Cox, P.C. The

beneficial to its clientele.
